The YES! Columbus Executive Board is compromised of young professionals in our community who have a passion for empowering others through service, professional development, and networking. All elected Board Members are required to complete a Board Member Application and be voted on to the Board through a majority vote.
Taylor Bland | President
Taylor (she/her/hers) is an Account Management Consultant at Cardinal Health. In this role, she manages national retail chain pharmacy accounts and assists them with their operational needs. After meeting women in this organization and attending After Hours volunteer events, she could not wait for an opportunity to become more involved with YES! Columbus. Taylor is eager to serve as President for her second consecutive year in 2026. In her free time, you can find her traveling with her husband, walking her Miniature Schnauzer Kylo, trying her best at Butcher Shop Fitness, and checking out new restaurants here in Columbus, OH.
Candis Paoli | Vice President
Candis (she/her) is a seasoned nurse and strategic leader turned entrepreneur. In the summer of 2023, she founded Forever Link, a permanent jewelry company with a focus on creating a space where women feel valued, seen, and empowered. After meeting the incredible small business community in Columbus, she was inspired to launch Local Link Columbus and transition away from corporate grants management to support entrepreneurs through streamlined systems, innovative marketing, and inclusive community building. Candis has participated at YES! Columbus events, has fundraised for Dress For Success Columbus independently with other small businesses, and is a dedicated supporter of the mission to empower and elevate women. As a new member of the Executive Board, she is excited to bring her expertise and commitment to fostering connection and growth within the community. Candis is a busy mom of three girls, a creative entrepreneur, hip-hop fitness lover, furniture refinisher, and lover of meaningful conversations.
Hayley Kick | Secretary/Treasurer
Hayley Kick (she/her) is an attorney who focuses her practice on commercial litigation. She is an associate at the law firm of Brennan, Manna, & Diamond where she serves as an advisor and problem solver for a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors.
As a first-generation college and law school graduate, Hayley has a passion for facilitating mentoring relationships and creating leadership opportunities for students and young professionals. Hayley started volunteering with YES! Columbus to support women at all stages in their careers in Central Ohio. She is excited to take a larger role in planning and hosting volunteer and networking events and other programming opportunities to meet women where they are in their lives and set them up for their vision of success.
In her free time, Hayley enjoys running, traveling, and enjoying good food with friends and family. When Hayley isn’t working or catching a flight, you can typically find her spending time with her husband and their two cats at home.
Erica Portnoy | Signature Events Chair
Erica is a Private Banker at First Financial Bank, where she provides investment management, comprehensive financial planning, cash management, and borrowing solutions to individuals, families, and business owners. A proud graduate of Elon University, Erica holds a BSBA in Finance and Economics. Recently, she earned a certification in Event Planning & Management from Emory University, fueling her passion for empowering young women and creating meaningful connections through community events. When she’s not working, Erica stays active playing tennis, skiing out west, or attending Pure Barre classes. She also enjoys quality time with her husband, Brad, and their mini Bernedoodle, Johnny Cash.
Austin Sussel | Special Events Chair
Austin Sussel (he/him/his) is a Cleveland native and a dedicated professional with over nine years of progressive experience. His career spans roles at a Fortune 100 company, where he has excelled as an individual contributor and leader. Currently, Austin manages a client portfolio, leads a team of recruiters, and fosters partnerships with internal and external clients, partners, and stakeholders. His passion for collaboration and relationship-building drives his success in delivering impactful results for his team and clients alike. Austin is deeply committed to serving his community and has a track record of stepping up to help those in need. He spearheaded an initiative that raised over $15,000 in just 12 months to support a family whose only child was battling cancer. In his free time, Austin enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, as well as caring for his dog, Simon, and cat, Jax.
Christina Perry Dancy | Advocacy/Programming Chair
Christina Perry Dancy (she/her/hers) is an Audit Project Manager at Huntington. As an audit project manager, Christina is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading audit projects within the accounting and finance department at Huntington. Christina received her degree from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting, Business Law, and a minor in Dance. She has been in the accounting and finance industry for 10 years, with experience in controllership, regulatory reporting, data management, and audit. Christina has a strong passion for uplifting her community through mentorship and volunteering. She was first introduced to YES! Columbus through social media and has attended several events such as panelists, gym takeovers, and volunteering through After Hours. Christina’s is excited to be a part of the 2026 board. She is looking forward to continuing to uplift her community by supporting the mission of Dress for Success to provide women with tools for success through workforce readiness and employment retention programs. In her free time Christina loves to cook, run half marathons with her dog Iris, and dance with her husband through his professional dance company InPulse Dance Co.
Ocean Coldren | Communications Chair
Ocean Coldren is the Communications Chair for YES! Columbus, guiding the organization’s brand voice, digital presence, and community engagement efforts. She brings several years of experience in media and marketing through her role as a Roundel Account Manager at Target, where she partners with beauty brands to drive growth through data-driven and creatively led campaigns. Beyond her corporate work, Ocean is deeply committed to advancing women’s empowerment through mentorship, storytelling, and expanding access to opportunity. Her long-term goal is to help scale inclusive leadership within her community. Ocean holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Fashion and Retail Studies from The Ohio State University and is actively preparing for MBA studies through Forté and Management Leadership for Tomorrow.
Erika Fetherolf | Member-at-Large
Erika Fetherolf is a Residential Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty serving all of Central Ohio. She is passionate in helping her clients achieve their real estate goals and serving within her community. Erika’s top priority is to give her clients the best real estate experience possible with genuine service, integrity, dedication and determination. In 2022, Erika discovered YES! Columbus and loved the mission that YES stood for. For the past few years, she has been a supporter of YES! Columbus through several events and is excited to take her support further by serving on the YES board again in 2026. Erika is a Marysville, Ohio native, is dedicated to her hometown, family, and real estate career and currently resides in Marysville with her husband Daniel, three boys and daughter. Erika enjoys traveling, biking with her family, watching her boys soccer games, and checking out new restaurants.
Sandra Goolsby | Member-at-Large
Sandra Goolsby is an attorney who works with Friedman & Mirman Co., L.P.A. to brainstorm, counsel, and advocate for clients facing family law issues such as marriage termination, child custody, and various issues in between. Sandra is passionate about the growth and advancement of women and the Columbus community. She is a part-time Pilates instructor and lover of art, making new friends, house music, and a clever joke. Her aspiration is to creatively boost others toward their potential to live a fulfilling life.
Katrina Matthews | Member-at-Large
Katrina Matthews is the Events Specialist for the Marketing Department at COTA (Central Ohio Transit Authority). Katrina oversees COTA events and ceremonies and community event activations from conception to completion. She also leads the Ambassador Program, which allows COTA employees to table community events to educate those in Central Ohio about our transportation resources. During her time at COTA, Katrina has co- led the BELIEVE Employee Resource Group, served as an Executive Board Member for COMTO Columbus where she was nominated as one of the Top 5 Emerging Leaders in the nation, and volunteered as a member of WELD. Katrina has recently been recognized and selected as this year’s Next Up Columbus honoree. Being a community leader has always been Katrina’s passion and she’s with an organization that lets her thrive in this space. Outside of her professional career, Katrina is a mother of a college Sophomore (Attending Northern Kentucky University) and a dog mom to a 5 year-old chocolate lab. Katrina enjoys time with her siblings, community events, trying different restaurants in the city, and traveling to neighboring states for festivals.
Amanda Lynne | Member-at-Large
Amanda (she/her/hers) serves as the Director of Workforce Development at Goodwill Columbus, where she leads strategic initiatives that advance the power of work as a pathway to stability and long-term opportunity. With more than a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, she specializes in workforce policy, program development, and cross-sector partnerships that expand access to meaningful employment. Outside of work, Amanda is an avid international traveler and a proud German Village resident. She can often be found exploring the neighborhood with her French Bulldog, Hugo.
Andrea De La Rosa | Member-at-Large
Andrea De La Rosa is a Development Coordinator at the McConnell Arts Center, located in the heart of Worthington, OH. She is responsible for handling fundraising efforts, volunteerism, and building pathways to experience the joy and wonder of the arts. She recently graduated with her MFA from Wichita State University, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of her university’s journal while being an adjunct English professor. Andrea grew up in Columbus, Ohio and wants to greatly serve her local community that she contributes so much to. She hopes to support YES in its mission of empowering women and helping them succeed. In her free-time you can catch her taking alcohol-ink classes, writing poems, and enjoying the city scene of Columbus when she’s not preparing to visit family in Mexico.
Shante Pritchett | Member-At-Large
Shante is a dynamic healthcare leader who is passionate about service, community connection, and opening doors that help women step boldly into their best selves. She believes every woman deserves the support, confidence, and resources needed to pursue her goals, which makes her role with the YES! Columbus Executive Board especially meaningful. Shante is committed to advancing the mission of Dress for Success Columbus by championing programs that empower women, strengthen self-belief, and create lasting pathways for success across Central Ohio. Throughout her career, Shante has focused on creating environments where women feel capable, valued, and ready to achieve what matters most to them. She is especially passionate about helping women feel confident as they navigate new opportunities and work toward their personal and professional goals. Her dedication to mentorship and access fuels her drive to uplift women, celebrate their achievements, and help them reach their full potential. Outside of her professional work, Shante is a traveler at heart, a hands-on DIY creator, and a mom who loves making memories with her children. She looks forward to contributing her passion and perspective to the YES! Columbus community.
Tiara Bostock | Member-At-Large
Tiara Bostock, MSW, LSW, is a dedicated social work professional, community advocate, and founder of InnerBeing Counseling LLC, a wellness centered practice serving individuals and families across Ohio. With six years of experience in trauma-informed care, mental health, and program evaluation, Tiara is committed to advancing equity, access, and wellbeing within minority communities. She currently works as a Care Plan Reviewer and is completing her PhD in Social Work Education, where her research centers on the Strong Black Woman schema and its impact on psychological help seeking. As both a practitioner and scholar, Tiara blends clinical insight with systems level thinking to promote sustainable community change. Through InnerBeing Counseling, Tiara leads wellness workshops, empowerment programs, and education initiatives focused on healing, resilience, and self advocacy. She is passionate about elevating women’s voices, expanding access to mental health resources, and supporting professional development for emerging leaders. As a member of the Yes! Columbus Executive Board, Tiara brings her expertise in community engagement, strategic planning, and trauma-informed leadership to help create opportunities for women to thrive professionally, financially, and personally.
Apryl Ashburn | Member-at-Large
Apryl Ashburn is a dedicated Human Resources and Labor Relations professional currently serving as a Labor Relations Representative with Bechtel Corporation on a large semiconductor project in New Albany, Ohio. With experience across the non-profit, manufacturing, and consulting sectors, she brings deep expertise in employee relations, workforce development, and organizational culture. Apryl holds an MBA in Executive Leadership from Liberty University. Apryl is passionate about advancing equity, access, and women’s leadership throughout Central Ohio. She is an active advocate for workforce inclusion and community partnerships that expand opportunities for women and underrepresented groups. A proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Alpha Sigma Omega Chapter, Apryl lives out her commitment to service, leadership, and sisterhood through her ongoing community involvement. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Malania, as well as her family and friends and she never turns down a good brunch.
Karen R. Wilson | Member-At-Large
Karen Wilson is a Software Engineering Manager at The Hartford, where she leads a dynamic team of associates and contractors. With over 20 years of experience in Software Delivery, Karen has managed large-scale, multi-million dollar projects. Her expertise spans various areas within the insurance industry, including medical, dental, life, and retirement plans. A proud graduate of The Ohio State University, Karen is passionate about mentoring and coaching women, women of color, and girls to pursue careers in technology. She has been an active volunteer with Dress For Success for over a year, volunteers with multiple social organizations, and serves on the Board of Directors for Helping Hands for Youth and Board of Trustees for First Church of God. In her free time, Karen enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to warm destinations.
Abbie Casto | Member-At-Large
Abbie is a seasoned finance leader in the manufacturing industry, where she oversees financial operations and partners closely with executive leadership to drive strategic growth, improve processes, and strengthen organizational performance. With a background spanning corporate finance, revenue management, and audit, Abbie brings a data-driven, collaborative approach to leadership and a strong track record of developing high-performing teams. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Capital University and holds an MBA from Western Governors University. Abbie has long been passionate about advancing women’s empowerment and supporting emerging leaders, and she is honored to contribute her expertise to the YES! Organization in support of the broader Dress for Success mission. In her free time, Abbie enjoys traveling, running, and spending quality time with her family.
Deja Dunning | Member-At-Large
Deja Dunning is a healthcare and community impact leader who serves as the Project Director of the RISE Together Innovation Institute, where she leads strategic planning and partnerships to expand access to resources for all Franklin County residents. Passionate about empowering women and strengthening communities, she brings deep experience in project management, program development, and nonprofit collaboration. Outside of work, Deja enjoys cheering on her kids at their sporting events and traveling with her husband. She is excited to serve on the YES! Columbus Executive Board and support its mission of advancing women’s economic independence.
