The YES! Columbus Executive Board is compromised of young professionals in our community who have a passion for empowering others through service, professional development, and networking. All elected Board Members are required to complete a Board Member Application and be voted on to the Board through a majority vote.
Jess Meadows | President | Tailored Management
Jess Meadows (she/her/hers) is a professional with over 10 years of experience growing, coaching and leading high achieving and diverse teams. She is AVP of Program Management and Development at Tailored Management, and is responsible for the performance, development and success of all of clients in TM’s portfolio while serving as a dedicated leader to her team and the organization.
Jess is passionate about serving her community and has volunteered with Dress for Success and YES! Columbus for 7 years and is eager to serve on the board for her third consecutive year in 2024. In her free time she enjoys being a dog mom to Chip and Olive, checking out all of the best patios in town, live music and is an American Coaster Enthusiast.
Makyla Zimmerman | Immediate Past President | OhioHealth
Makyla (she/her/hers) is a Human Resources Generalist at the YWCA Columbus. In this role, she works to create an environment where employees are excited to come to work and help to continue their development. She has a passion for helping others, which has led her to becoming involved with Dress for Success and YES! Columbus. After meeting other ladies in this organization and attending the volunteer events, she could not wait for an opportunity to become more involved. In her free time, you can find her taking a class at System of Strength(SOS), traveling or reading a great thriller/mystery!
Ashley VanDyke | Vice President | Downtown Columbus, Inc.
Ashley (she/her/hers) is responsible for managing more than 200 events at the John F. Wolfe Columbus Commons park each year. Before joining the Downtown Columbus, Inc. team, Ashley helped organize events for multi-million-dollar organizations in both the private and nonprofit sectors. She has experience coordinating large-scale community events, corporate banquets, and weddings, as well as marketing events, partnering with community business organizations across the state of Ohio.
Over the past decade, she has volunteered at several Central Ohio nonprofits, most notably, as a professional suiting lead at Dress for Success Columbus, after falling in love with their vision and mission. During her free time, Ashley loves activities that allow her to experience art, food, culture, and connection.
Allison Gavin | Secretary/Treasurer | Coldwell Banker Realty
Allison Gavin is a local residential Realtor serving both buyers and sellers all over central Ohio. She absolutely loves her job and really thrives on making connections with people and helping them elevate their lives.
Once she realized her passion for helping the community, she decided to expand this into charity work as well. Her first volunteering event was a suiting session and she immediately fell in love! Allison has been actively involved with YES! And Dress for Success since 2019 but is excited to contribute even more by serving on the YES! Board in 2023.
In her free time she’s either hanging out with family and friends, probably trying out a new restaurant/brewery, or working on home improvement projects at her new house.
Alexandra Untied | Events Chair | Crimson Design Group
Alexandra is the Sales & Client Strategist for Crimson Design Group, a luxury interior design firm in Grandview. She oversees the sales and marketing department and is responsible for prospecting, business development, new client intake, and high-level marketing strategy.
Alexandra earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Marketing from Kent State University. With nearly ten years of experience in brand and marketing strategy, advertising, business development, and event planning, serving as the Events Chair for YES! Columbus is a natural fit. A connector at heart, Alexandra is passionate about supporting, coaching, and empowering women to make their dreams become a reality.
Alexandra previously served on the Habitat for Humanity Mid-Ohio Young Professionals board as the Events Chair. In addition to volunteering, you can find Alexandra at an Orange Theory class, checking out new restaurants, and wedding planning with her fiance!
Diana Yates | Communications Chair | The Ohio State University
Diana Yates (she/her/hers) is a digital marketing and communications professional with over 10 years of experience within multiple industries. She currently works with The Ohio State University as a marketing strategist, boosting awareness and interest for Ohio State’s online programs targeting non-traditional adult learners and working professionals.
A Columbus native, Diana recognizes the deep impact giving back to the community can have in building a city where all have access to resources and the ability to thrive, and has volunteered regularly over the past eight years. She is excited and humbled to make an even greater impact by serving on the YES! Columbus board, and bring more people to the mission of empowering all women to professional and financial success.
In her free time, you’ll find Diana co-hosting with her husband a variety of events for friends and neighbors, exploring the latest restaurants and experiences in Columbus, and loving on her new baby girl!
Cecelia Glackin-Hunt | Programming Chair | Crawford Hoying
Cecelia is a Commercial Real Estate Specialist at Crawford Hoying. In this role, she provides marketing and administrative support to the Commercial Leasing Team. She’s excited to use her marketing and project management background to support YES! Columbus. Cecelia is passionate about connecting women to impactful resources which led involvement with Dress for Success and YES! Columbus.
In her free time, you can find her training in mixed martial arts, studying to become a personal finance professional, traveling, or checking out social dancing venues around Columbus!
Alli Greenwood | Advocacy Chair | Deloitte
Alli is a certified public account that has worked for a large public accounting firm for five years. Serving clients in both the public and private sectors.
A Saint Clairsville native, Alli moved to Columbus while she attended Capital University. She’s passionate about building community and connection through service. Her ultimate goal is to empower women to lean into their uniqueness and ‘take up space’ in a world that often wants women to feel small.
Taylor Bland | Member-At-Large | Cardinal Health
Taylor (she/her/hers) is an Account Management Consultant at Cardinal Health. In this role, she manages national retail chain pharmacy accounts and assists them with their operational needs. After meeting women in this organization and attending after-hours volunteer events, she could not wait for an opportunity to become more involved with YES! Columbus. In her free time, you can find her traveling with her husband, walking her Miniature Schnauzer Kylo, checking out new restaurants or watching the movie Bridesmaids on repeat.
Brittney Caldwell | Member-At-Large | T. Marzetti
Brittney Caldwell (she/her/hers) is a member of T. Marzetti’s Corporate Human Resources team, providing comprehensive HR support to corporate and plant-based leaders and employees. She plays a key role in driving company engagement, culture, & talent building initiatives, and leads the Corporate Internship Program.
Brittney has engaged in various efforts over the years to give back to the community by way of tutoring, mentorship, volunteer service projects, and community kitchens. Previously, she served as a board member for 5 years with a local non-profit organization devoted to empowering young and expectant mothers. She is elated to join the 2024 YES! Executive Board and contribute to the Dress for Success mission while building community, connecting women to valuable resources and opportunities, and inspiring others to participate in philanthropic service.
In her free time, Brittney enjoys having fun with her husband, daughter, and friends, traveling to getaways near and far, trying new foods (especially desserts), tapping into her creative side, and getting lost in her favorite music. She regards fitness as an intentional act of self-care and loves weight lifting, running, and Lagree as ways to stay grounded.
Jess Ellicott | Member-At-Large | Schneider Downs
Jess Ellicott (she/her/hers) serves as the Marketing Specialist for a downtown finance firm, Schneider Downs Wealth Management Advisors. With a creative flair and a strategic mind, she is in charge of orchestrating firm email campaigns and curating engaging social media content for their company’s various business pages.
Her commitment to fostering connections is what initially led her to the Yes! Columbus organization. She is more than excited to join the team and bring her expertise in communications and event planning!
Beyond the office walls, Jess is a true explorer of the Columbus scene. Whether checking out new restaurants with friends, exploring vendor markets around the city, or finding her zen in a yoga class, she embraces life with a contagious enthusiasm.
Hayley Kick | Member-At-Large | Brennan Manna Diamond
Hayley Kick (she/her) is an attorney who focuses her practice on commercial litigation. She is an associate at the law firm of Brennan, Manna, & Diamond where she serves as an advisor and problem solver for a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors.
As a first-generation college and law school graduate, Hayley has a passion for facilitating mentoring relationships and creating leadership opportunities for students and young professionals. Hayley started volunteering with YES! to support women at all stages in their careers in Central Ohio. She is excited to take a larger role in planning and hosting volunteer and networking events and other programming opportunities to meet women where they are in their lives and set them up for their vision of success.
In her free time, Hayley enjoys running, traveling, and enjoying good food with friends and family. When Hayley isn’t working or catching a flight, you can typically find her spending time with her fiancé and their two cats at home.
Evin Moss | Member-At-Large | Jorgensen Farms
Evin Moss is a Wedding & Event Coordinator at Jorgensen Farms, a working organic farm and event venue. There she is responsible for helping couples plan and execute the wedding of their dreams. With over 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Evin has had a hand in organizing hundreds of events ranging from intimate social gatherings to corporate conferences, galas, and holiday parties.
Evin is thrilled to leverage her expertise to support YES in advancing its mission of empowering women to thrive professionally and financially.
When she’s not serving on the YES board, you can find Evin in the stands of a concert, exploring new restaurants, getting a good pump in at the gym, or snuggling with her kitten Willow.
