The YES! Columbus Executive Board is compromised of young professionals in our community who have a passion for empowering others through service, professional development, and networking. All elected Board Members are required to complete a Board Member Application and be voted on to the Board through a majority vote.
Taylor Bland | President
Taylor (she/her/hers) is an Account Management Consultant at Cardinal Health. In this role, she manages national retail chain pharmacy accounts and assists them with their operational needs. After meeting women in this organization and attending After Hours volunteer events, she could not wait for an opportunity to become more involved with YES! Columbus. Taylor is eager to serve on the board for her second consecutive year in 2025. In her free time, you can find her traveling with her husband, walking her Miniature Schnauzer Kylo, trying her best at Butcher Shop Fitness, and checking out new restaurants or watching new movies.
Jess Meadows | Immediate Past President
Jess Meadows (she/her/hers) is a professional with over 10 years of experience building, coaching and leading high achieving and diverse teams. She serves as Assistant Vice President, Enterprise Account Management & Operations at Tailored Management, and is responsible for the performance, development, and success of all clients in TM’s portfolio as well as their Account Operations and Compliance teams. She serves as a dedicated leader not just to her direct team, but also throughout the organization. Jess is passionate about serving her community and has volunteered with Dress for Success and YES! Columbus for 8 years and is eager to serve on the board for her fourth consecutive year in 2025. In her free time, she enjoys being a dog mom to Chip and Olive, checking out all the best patios in town, live music and is an American Coaster Enthusiast.
Alexandra Brush | Vice President
Alexandra earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Marketing from Kent State University. With nearly ten years of experience in brand and marketing strategy, communications, business development, and event planning, Alexandra is connector and leader at heart. She is passionate about supporting, coaching, and empowering women to make their dreams become a reality. Alexandra previously served on the Habitat for Humanity Mid-Ohio Young Professionals board as the Events Chair from 2022-2024, and the YES! Executive Board as the Events Chair in 2024. In addition to volunteering, you can find Alexandra at an OrangeTheory class, checking out new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and their 2 dogs.
Hayley Kick | Secretary/Treasurer
Hayley Kick (she/her) is an attorney who focuses her practice on commercial litigation. She is an associate at the law firm of Brennan, Manna, & Diamond where she serves as an advisor and problem solver for a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors.
As a first-generation college and law school graduate, Hayley has a passion for facilitating mentoring relationships and creating leadership opportunities for students and young professionals. Hayley started volunteering with YES! to support women at all stages in their careers in Central Ohio. She is excited to take a larger role in planning and hosting volunteer and networking events and other programming opportunities to meet women where they are in their lives and set them up for their vision of success.
In her free time, Hayley enjoys running, traveling, and enjoying good food with friends and family. When Hayley isn’t working or catching a flight, you can typically find her spending time with her fiancé and their two cats at home.
Erica Portnoy | Signature Events Chair
Erica is a Private Banker at First Financial Bank, where she provides investment management, comprehensive financial planning, cash management, and borrowing solutions to individuals, families, and business owners. A proud graduate of Elon University, Erica holds a BSBA in Finance and Economics. Recently, she earned a certification in Event Planning & Management from Emory University, fueling her passion for empowering young women and creating meaningful connections through community events. When she’s not working, Erica stays active playing tennis, skiing out west, or attending Pure Barre classes. She also enjoys quality time with her husband, Brad, and their mini Bernedoodle, Johnny Cash.
Erika Fetherolf | Special Events Chair
Erika Fetherolf is a Residential Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty serving all of Central Ohio. She is passionate in helping her clients achieve their real estate goals and serving within her community. Erika’s top priority is to give her clients the best real estate experience possible with genuine service, integrity, dedication and determination. In 2022, Erika discovered YES! Columbus and loved the mission that YES! stood for. For the past few years, she has been a supporter for YES! through several events and is excited to take her support further by serving on the Board in 2025. Erika is a Marysville, Ohio native, is dedicated to her hometown, family, and real estate career and currently resides in Marysville with her husband Daniel, twin boys, & daughter. Erika enjoys traveling, biking with her family, watching her boys soccer games, and checking out new restaurants.
Cecelia Glackin-Hunt | Communications Chair
Cecelia is a creative and strategic marketing professional with six years of experience in industries including sustainable packaging, commercial real estate, and IT. She currently leads the marketing department for SMACT Works and loves volunteering with YES! Columbus. In 2022, Cecelia began volunteering with Dress for Success during After Hours. In 2023, she joined the YES! Columbus Board as a Member-at-Large. Since, she served as the Programming Chair, and is now the Communications Chair. Cecelia is passionate about connecting women to impactful resources which led to her involvement with Dress for Success and YES! Columbus. In her free time, Cecelia trains in mixed martial arts, including Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Her favorite event she planned is Sweat for Success: Self-Defense!
Sandra Goolsby | Advocacy Chair
Sandra Goolsby is an attorney who works with Friedman & Mirman Co., L.P.A. to brainstorm, counsel, and advocate for clients facing family law issues such as marriage termination, child custody, and various issues in between. Sandra is passionate about the growth and advancement of women and the Columbus community. She is a part-time Pilates instructor and lover of art, making new friends, house music, and a clever joke. Her aspiration is to creatively boost others toward their potential to live a fulfilling life.
Christina Perry Dancy | Programming Chair
Christina Perry Dancy (she/her/hers) is an Audit Project Manager at Huntington. As an audit project manager, Christina is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading audit projects within the accounting and finance department at Huntington. Christina received her degree from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting, Business Law, and a minor in Dance. She has been in the accounting and finance industry for 10 years, with experience in controllership, regulatory reporting, data management, and audit. Christina has a strong passion for uplifting her community through mentorship and volunteering. She was first introduced to YES! Columbus through social media and has attended several events such as panelists, gym takeovers, and volunteering through After Hours. Christina’s is excited to join the 2025 YES! Columbus Executive Board. She is looking forward to continuing to uplift her community by supporting the mission of Dress for Success to provide women with tools for success through workforce readiness and employment retention programs. In her free time Christina loves to cook, run half marathons with her dog Iris, and dance with her husband through his professional dance company InPulse Dance Co.
Brittney Caldwell | Member-At-Large
Brittney Caldwell (she/her/hers) is a member of T. Marzetti’s Corporate Human Resources Business Partner team, providing comprehensive HR support to corporate and plant-based leaders and employees. She plays a key role in driving company engagement, culture, & talent building initiatives, and leads the Corporate Internship Program. Previously, Brittney served as a board member for 5 years with a local non-profit organization devoted to empowering young and expectant mothers. She was elated to join the YES! Executive Board in 2024 as a way to contribute to the Dress for Success mission while building community, connecting women to valuable resources and opportunities, and inspiring others to participate in philanthropic service. In her free time, Brittney enjoys making memories with her husband and daughter, laughing too hard with friends, traveling, trying new foods (especially desserts!), and experiencing her favorite artists in concert. She regards fitness as an intentional act of self-care and loves weightlifting, running, and Lagree as ways to stay grounded.
Jess Ellicott | Member-At-Large
Jess Ellicott (she/her/hers) serves as a Senior Business Development Associate for Schneider Downs, a tax and accounting firm located in downtown Columbus. With a creative flair and a strategic mind, her focus is on fostering meaningful connections with professionals across Central Ohio while making a positive impact on her community. This commitment to community involvement is what led her to getting involved with YES! Columbus back in 2020 and officially joining the board last year! Beyond the office walls, Jess is a true explorer of the Columbus scene. Whether checking out new restaurants with friends, exploring vendor markets around the city, or finding her zen in a yoga class, she embraces life with a contagious enthusiasm.
Austin Sussel | Member-At-Large
Austin Sussel (he/him/his) is a Cleveland native and a dedicated professional with over nine years of progressive experience. His career spans roles at a Fortune 100 company, where he has excelled as an individual contributor and leader. Currently, Austin manages a client portfolio, leads a team of recruiters, and fosters partnerships with internal and external clients, partners, and stakeholders. His passion for collaboration and relationship-building drives his success in delivering impactful results for his team and clients alike. Austin is deeply committed to serving his community and has a track record of stepping up to help those in need. He spearheaded an initiative that raised over $15,000 in just 12 months to support a family whose only child was battling cancer. In his free time, Austin enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, as well as caring for his dog, Simon, and cat, Jax.
Evin Moss | Member-At-Large
Evin Moss is a Senior Event Specialist at OhioHealth, where she helps plan impactful events that align with the organization’s mission. With a decade of experience in hospitality and events, Evin has managed everything from weddings and community fundraisers to corporate conferences and galas. As a member of the YES Columbus Executive Board, Evin is passionate about empowering and connecting with women on their professional journeys, using her expertise to help create opportunities that inspire confidence and career growth. When she’s not planning events or volunteering, you can find Evin in the stands of a concert, discovering new restaurants, reading or engaging in anything that allows her to tap into her creativity.
Candis Paoli | Member-At-Large
Candis (she/her) is a seasoned nurse and strategic leader turned entrepreneur. In the summer of 2023, she founded Forever Link, a permanent jewelry company with a focus on creating a space where women feel valued, seen, and empowered. After meeting the incredible small business community in Columbus, she was inspired to launch Local Link Columbus and transition away from corporate grants management to support entrepreneurs through streamlined systems, innovative marketing, and inclusive community building. Candis has participated at YES! Columbus events, has fundraised for Dress For Success Columbus independently with other small businesses, and is a dedicated supporter of the mission to empower and elevate women. As a new member of the Executive Board, she is excited to bring her expertise and commitment to fostering connection and growth within the community. Candis is a busy mom of three girls, a creative entrepreneur, hip-hop fitness lover, furniture refinisher, and lover of meaningful conversations.
Shirley M. Ellis | Member-At-Large
Shirley M. Ellis, PMP, is an experienced Project Manager with nearly a decade of expertise in the financial services sector. With a focus on high-risk project management, financial oversight, and process improvement, Shirley consistently drives operational efficiency and enhances the customer experience. In addition to her role at Discover, Shirley is the founder of Intentional Impact LLC, where she provides workshop facilitation, motivational speaking services, leadership coaching, and consulting. She specializes in leadership development, women’s empowerment, and cultivating thriving organizational cultures. Her mission is to equip leaders and teams with strategies to realize their potential and drive continuous improvement for lasting success. Shirley is intentional about helping others achieve their highest potential. She firmly believes in the power of mentorship and has been mentoring women across central Ohio for over 10 years. By investing in both personal and professional development, Shirley embraces a growth mindset and continuously seeks ways to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those around her. In her free time, Shirley enjoys spending time with friends, attending concerts, and going to her favorite restaurants. She believes in the power of laughter and knows that it’s good for the soul. Shirley is devoted to serving her community and has volunteered with Dress for Success, where she has spoken at their Level Up Summit, participated in After Hours events, and led workshops as part of their Professional Development Series. Her dedication to empowering women and cultivating a supportive community fuels her ongoing commitment to making a positive impact.
Andrea De La Rosa | Member-At-Large
Andrea De La Rosa is a Development Coordinator at the McConnell Arts Center, located in the heart of Worthington, OH. She is responsible for handling fundraising efforts, volunteerism, and building pathways to experience the joy and wonder of the arts. She recently graduated with her MFA from Wichita State University, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of her university’s journal while being an adjunct English professor. Andrea grew up in Columbus, Ohio and wants to greatly serve her local community that she contributes so much to. She hopes to support YES in its mission of empowering women and helping them succeed. In her free-time you can catch her taking alcohol-ink classes, writing poems, and enjoying the city scene of Columbus when she’s not preparing to visit family in Mexico.
Shantelle Laughlin | Member-At-Large
Shantelle Laughlin (she/her/hers) is a Minnesota native and dedicated transportation driver with a deep passion for helping others and serving her community. A proud mother to a lively 5-year-old, Shantelle is an advocate for mental health, women’s health—especially postpartum care—and empowering women through financial education. Currently studying to become a family and community herbalist, she is committed to educating women about holistic approaches to healing. In her free time, Shantelle loves exploring the outdoors, watching movies, enjoying Columbus’s food scene as a self-proclaimed foodie, and spending quiet moments at the library. The oldest of five, she enjoys adventuring with her son and cherishes quality time with family and friends.
Jamie Blunt | Member-At-Large
Mrs. Jamie Blunt is a visionary and the driving force behind the Brown Girls Mentoring Program, a remarkable organization dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing space for young girls and women to embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Hailing from Columbus, Ohio, Jamie has found her true calling in empowering and uplifting young brown girls, guiding them towards becoming the best versions of themselves. Jamie’s inspiration to create the Brown Girls Mentoring Program stems from her experiences through motherhood and her profound belief in authenticity. Jamie’s own life lessons, which have been instrumental in her personal journey towards self-actualization, form the very foundation upon which this visionary organization stands.
