Join YES Columbus! for a professional development event, Boundaries or Burnout. This is an opportunity to engage with other members of our community through a short panel Q&A followed by small-group empowerment circles. Led by our panel speakers, empowerment circles are designed to allow participants to share experiences with a more intimate group to connect on a deeper level.

We are faced with choices all throughout the day. Those decisions allow us to thrive or can stack up and lead to burnout. Engage in conversation about recognizing factors driving burnout and techniques for creating and setting boundaries while enjoying light bites, mocktails and cocktails.
