Know Your Worth! Equal Pay and Salary Negotiation Fundamentals

August 25 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

“In Central Ohio, median annual earnings for full time, year-round workers when compared to white men:
Asian Pacific Islander women ear 79.2 cents to the dollar
Black women earn 65 cents to the dollar
Latina women earn 60 cents to the dollar
White women earn 82 cents to the dollar.”

These eye-opening stats are from our friends Women’s Fund of Central Ohio and their Assets for Equity: Building Wealth for Women in Central Ohio report.

As our community collectively works to narrow the gender and racial wealth gaps, YES! Columbus is proud to present Know Your Worth!
